The Pizzeria is a family run, independent, authentic Pizzeria in South Manchester where we combine our favourite things about different styles into one fluffy, chewy, cheesy, tasty pizza! We adore the light, easily digestible, air filled crusts of Neapolitan style and the lack of rules and comfort vibes of New York style.
Our dough is fermented for a minimum of 48 hours, hand stretched, smothered in our house made tomato sauce, topped with plenty of cheese and lots of fresh, authentic ingredients to create, what we call, Manchester style. High quality, creative, original and modern pizza.
